SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
SHIPPING TO SWEDEN
DHL (59 SEK) Delivery to pick-up point in 1-3 days.
PostNord (79 SEK) Delivery to pick-up point in 1-3 days.
Budbee Home (99 SEK). Home delivery in 2-5 days. Home deliveries are done from 4 PM and 10.30 PM on weekdays in the Nordics and 5 PM to 10 PM in Belgium and the Netherlands.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
UPS Standard (19 EUR) Delivery in 2-5 days.
UPS Express (25 EUR) Delivery in 1-3 days.
Budbee Home (15 EUR) 2-5 days. Available for DK, FI, NL and BE. Home deliveries are done from 4 PM and 10.30 PM on weekdays in the Nordics and 5 PM to 10 PM in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Norway: Taxes and duties to Norway are included in the product prices.
UK & Switzerland: Import duties and taxes are not included in the prices displayed and will be charged separately by the courrier.

Customs information
Import charges are not included in the displayed prices and will be charged separately by the courier. Shipments to the United States may experience delays due to increased customs processing and are subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Some products in our store are manufactured in China. You can find information about the country of origin under each product page. Due to U.S. customs regulations, these items may be subject to additional tariffs, import duties, and customs inspections.
US Customs may require DHL/UPS to request your SSN upon delivery. This is a standard procedure, and your information is kept confidential and shared only with US Customs and Border Protection.

SHIPPING POLICY
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.
The price at time of purchase is final and we honour our campaign periods. We are unable to offer or make any price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price that later go on sale, or for items on sale that are later available for further reductions.
Our newsletter offer cannot be used with other coupons or items on sale.
For any discrepancy in the order, please inform our customer support at the point of delivery.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the prices displayed and will be charged separately by the courrier. The charge equals approximately 20% of the order value. Any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, House of Dagmar reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 50 USD/40 GBP will be charged at return.
