House of Dagmar does not guarantee that all items included in the House of Dagmar webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, House of Dagmar will contact you shortly by phone or by email. House of Dagmar may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although House of Dagmar strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. House of Dagmar cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, House of Dagmar will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. House of Dagmar reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if we would notice that the price is incorrect. In such a case, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Parts of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organisations. In situations where House of Dagmar acts as the agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. The contract between you and House of Dagmar can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by House of Dagmar. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. House of Dagmar will, under such circumstances, do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.

2 WHEN DOES DAGMAR COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Dagmar may collect personal data from you when you make a purchase on Dagmar's webshop, correspond with Dagmar by post, email or telephone, create an account for the subscription service or the wholesale portal on Dagmar's website or request information. Dagmar may also automatically collect technical and usage data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns when you interact with Dagmar's website. The personal data is collected by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies.

3 WHAT INFORMATION DOES DAGMAR COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

– Usage data such as information about how you use Dagmar's website and shopping history.
4 FOR WHAT PURPOSES DOES DAGMAR USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Dagmar may use your personal data to:
–Administer and fulfil its contractual and legal obligations to you or the company that you represent;
–Comply with its legal and reporting obligations, such as warranty claims and accounting or tax legislation;

7 HOW DOES DAGMAR PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Dagmar will take adequate security measures to prevent any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to your personal information. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and Dagmar cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
8 HOW LONG DOES DAGMAR SAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Dagmar will only save your personal data as long as necessary in order to achieve the purpose it was collected for or as required in order to comply with retention periods under applicable law.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, Dagmar considers the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which the personal data is processed for and whether Dagmar can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
9 WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
9.1 Right to access your data
You may instruct Dagmar to provide you with a copy of the personal information Dagmar holds about you. Provision of such information is generally free of charge but may under certain circumstances be subject to the payment of a fee.
9.2 Correction, deletion and objection
You may request Dagmar to correct any incorrect information about you as well as to delete any information that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected and/or to object to Dagmar's processing of your personal data. However, certain legal obligations may prevent Dagmar from immediately deleting certain information.
9.3 Right to dataportability
You may exercise your right to data portability, in certain circumstances, by transferring the personal data that you have provided to another controller.
9.4 Recall your consent
If Dagmar processes any of your personal data based on your consent, you may recall your consent at any time.
9.5 Opt-out from marketing
You may instruct Dagmar not to process your personal data for marketing purposes, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes. In practice, you will usually expressly agree in advance to Dagmar's use of your personal data for marketing purposes, and/or you will be provided with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.
