SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 24h.
Due to high demand during Sales period, order processing may take longer than normal.
Sweden: Postnord 1-3 days (free deliveries and returns)
Europe: UPS Standard 2-5 days (free deliveries and returns)
World: UPS Standard 2-5 days (orders under 150 EUR/1500 SEK will be charged a 15 EUR/150 SEK shipping fee)
As soon as we have received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
Dagmar Decades offers free deliveries on all orders within Europe with a return fee of 7 EUR/79 SEK.
Deliveries within Sweden are shipped with Postnord, and with UPS to the rest of the world.
Please note that customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of EU.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
House of Dagmar offers free returns within EU – 14 days of your purchase (with the exception of Dagmar Decades – return fee of 7 EUR/79 SEK.
Orders outside of EU will be charged with a 15 EUR/150 SEK return fee.

Re-use and securely seal the original packaging
Attach the pre-paid return label
For Swedish returns, parcels can be left at your nearest PostNord service point and for International returns at your nearest UPS service point.
We will refund your return as soon as it is received at our warehouse.
If you wish to exchange your item/s, please return your item/s and place and new order on our website.
You return will be refunded once received at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or invoice.
Please note that customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of EU.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order Items must be returned to the wear house in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
Make sure to return all products exactly as you received them, with tags still attached.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, House of Dagmar reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
