Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships regarding orders placed on House of Dagmar's website, www.houseofdagmar.com (below mentioned as" House of Dagmar"/" we"/" website"). Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.houseofdagmar.com. Due to Swedish legislation, we only accept orders from those over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 16 years old, you must let your parent or guardian accept House of Dagmars's privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site's services. These Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

House of Dagmar does not guarantee that all items included in the House of Dagmar webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, House of Dagmar will contact you shortly by phone or by email. House of Dagmar may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although House of Dagmar strives to display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. House of Dagmar cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, House of Dagmar will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. The contract between you and House of Dagmar can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by House of Dagmar. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. House of Dagmar will, under such circumstances, do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Swedish law.
The laws of your country may differ from Swedish law. Users should comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our website.
