All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 24h on business days.

 

Shipping to Sweden

Postnord – Free deliveries and returns,1-3 days to pick up point.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected.

DHL – Free deliveries and returns, 1-3 days to pick up point.

Budbee Home delivery – Free delivery as of sms notification 17:00-22:00 (Normally one business day Mon-Fri)

Budbee offers the possibility to track the delivery in real time to get a more exact delivery window. You can rate the delivery and also get in touch with the driver directly regarding your parcel. More information available here: www.budbee.com

Shipping to Europe

UPS Standard 2-5 days (free deliveries and returns excluding customs fees for outside of EU)

Please note that customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of EU.

Shipping to the rest of the world

UPS Standard 2-5 days (orders under 150 USD will be charged a 15 USD shipping fee).

As soon as we have received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Dagmar Decades offers free deliveries on all orders within Europe with a return fee of 7 EUR/79 SEK.

Due to high demand during Sales period, order processing may take longer than normal.

 

Returns and exchanges

House of Dagmar offers free returns within Europe – 14 days of your purchase

(with the exception of Dagmar Decades – return fee of 7 EUR/79 SEK.

Orders outside of EU will be charged with a 15 EUR return fee.

 

How to make a return

Fill in the return form with your order number, return/reason for exchange, product information. Re-use and securely seal the original packaging
Attach the pre-paid return label.

For Swedish returns, parcels can be left at your nearest PostNord service point and for International returns at your nearest UPS service point. For returns from outside of EU, commercial invoice must be requested from customer service before returning an item.

You return will be refunded once received at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or invoice.

If you wish to exchange your item/s, please return your item/s and place and new order on our website.

 

Important information

Ordered items must be returned to the warehouse in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.

Make sure to return all products exactly as you received them, with hangtags still attached.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.

 

Uncollected Items

If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, House of Dagmar reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
