In order to make purchases on House of Dagmar’s webshop you will be required to provide your personal details. We ask you to provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that are valid and correct. House of Dagmar reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected, and also to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.
When you place an order to House of Dagmar you will receive an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address. Before placing an order at the House of Dagmar webshop you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. We cannot guarantee that all items shown at the House of Dagmar online store are available in stock at the time of your order. Some sizes or items might be sold out. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail and you will be entitled to terminate your order and get all your money back. We will, without undue delay, give you a full refund within 30 days from when the order was terminated. House of Dagmar may reject your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed at the House of Dagmar online store are given in SEK, GBP, EUR (VAT included), USD and NOK (VAT not included). All transactions are made in SEK. As a customer outside Sweden, please note that the price charged from your account may differ somewhat from the Euro and USD price given, regarding to exchange rate fluctuation. If you have any questions regarding price, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed in the online store. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed when you check out your items.
All customers outside the EU vill be charged for local taxes (VAT) and import fees after the purchase. VAT and import fees are not included in the price displayed in the online store. You will receive an invoice from the shipping company with calculated taxes and import fees after your parcel is delivered. For questions regarding VAT, contact you local Customs service office.
The shipping cost can alter depending on which country your order is being delivered to. Please view SHIPPING AND DELIVERY below for shipping charges. Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, and / or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. House of Dagmar delivers your order according to Incoterm 2000, Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means that we do not collect VAT, duties, and / or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties.

A standard credit check is carried out when choosing invoice at checkout. Payment must be fulfilled within 14 days otherwise a fee is added for the delay.
When you check out of the House of Dagmar webshop your credit card will be charged with the amount of the purchased items and the shipping cost. You will then immediately receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As soon as House of Dagmar has received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible.
Deliverys within Sweden are shipped by Posten, and by UPS to the rest of the world.
Sweden: Posten MyPack 1-3 days / Posten HemPaket 1 day
Europe: UPS Express 1-2 days / UPS Standard 2-5 days
World: UPS Express 1-2 days / UPS Standard 2-5 days

House of Dagmar offers free delivery on all orders above 1500 SEK / 160 EURO / 180 USD/ 120 GBP / 1500 NOK. Free shipping will be applied to your order on the checkout page, before you approve the purchase.
From time to time, House of Dagmar offers free shipping promotions on all purchases.
Items that are delivered by Posten are retained at the local delivery office for 2 weeks. After this time the item will be returned to us. You will be charged for the shipping fees. Please bear in mind that you have to collect the item if you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days from the delivery of your order. State what you would like to return or exchange, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label, valid to the full return cost. The refund includes the cost of delivery, but the return shipping fee (70 SEK/ 30 USD / 25 EUR / 25 GBP / 300 NOK) will be deducted from the original purchase total upon your refund.
Please place the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Tape the package securely, and place the shipping label on the package, over the prior delivery information. Leave the package at your closest UPS / Post Nord service point or schedule a UPS pick-up time. We will refund you within 14 days from when we receive the item you have returned. Returns and that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
As a consumer, please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of an item resulting from how you have handled the item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Hence, you may only handle and inspect the item in the same manner as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop.
House of Dagmar may therefore reduce the amount of money refunded for items which show evidence of being e.g. damaged or dirty, or if the the price tags and labels are not fully intact.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Simply place the item in the box and write the size and colour requested on the Exchange and Return form. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please contact email@example.com. Items on sale are non-exchangeable but can be returned.
If you wish to address any complaints regarding the quality of your product or if the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to help you as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as you find any defects, so that we can help you.
In such case please provide us with the following details:
- your order number;
- the product code/product name;
- details of the defect; and
- if you want a refund or replacement.
