All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 24h.
Sweden: Postnord 1-3 days (free deliveries and returns)
Europe: UPS Standard 2-5 days (free deliveries and returns)
World: UPS Standard 2-5 days (orders under $150/1500 SEK will be charged a $20 shipping fee)
As soon as we have received a receipt of your transaction we will process the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
Dagmar Decades offers free deliveries on all orders within Europe with a return fee of 59 SEK.
Deliveries within Sweden are shipped with Postnord, and with UPS to the rest of the world.
House of Dagmar offers free returns and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase (with the exception of Dagmar Decades – return fee 59 SEK).

For Swedish returns, parcels can be left at your nearest PostNord service point and for International returns at your nearest UPS service point.
We will refund your return as soon as it is received at our warehouse.
For exchanges, please contact Customer Care to check size availability and our warehouse will handle the exchange once your return has been received. Your invoice/payment will remain.
We provide Swedish and Norwegian payments with Klarna Checkout and Klarna Invoice.
