RETURNS POLICY
Enjoy extended returns until 08/01/2025 on orders from 09/12/2024
You may return any items purchased on houseofdagmar.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:
All items must be returned in their original condition, placed in the original polybag, with all hangtags attached.
If you wish to exchange to a different size or colour, please place a new order on our website and return the original purchase.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. After your return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that return processing times may be extended during sales periods. We appreciate your patience
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 500 SEK/50 USD/45 EUR/40 GBP will be charged at return.
Please note that the initial shipping fee and any import fee related to your order will not be refunded upon return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Fill in our online return form below with your order number, email and return/reason for exchange.
- Once you have registered your return online, place the item(-s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Tape the parcel securely to avoid any damage.
- For International returns, a pre-paid return label with UPS will be generated upon registering your return and sent via email. For returns outside of EU, a customs invoice required for return, will be included in the email. For Swedish returns, a PostNord QR-code will be sent to your email upon registering your return.
- Leave the package at your nearest UPS service point (International) or Postnord service point (Sweden).

During sales periods return handling times can be longer - we thank you for your understanding.

We charge a return fee that is deducted from the refund. Please see the return fee for your country below.
