ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to make changes, please contact us at shopping@houseofdagmar.se
with your order reference number. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to assist before the order has left our warehouse.


I haven’t received an order confirmation — what should I do?
We send two emails: an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact Customer Care and we will assist you.


Can I use multiple discounts or apply a discount after purchase?
Our newsletter offer cannot be combined with other promotions or sale items. Prices at the time of purchase are final, and we do not offer price adjustments.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Varberg, Sweden.


How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.


What shipping options are available?

DHL – 1–3 days
PostNord – 1–3 days
Budbee Home – 2–5 days (evening delivery)


Europe


UPS Standard – 2–5 days
UPS Express – 1–3 days
DHL Economy – 2–5 days

International

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Will I have to pay customs fees?


EU, UK, Norway & US: Taxes and duties are included in the price.
Other countries: Import duties and taxes are not included and will be charged by the courier.


Are customs fees refundable if I return my order?
No, any import fees paid are non-refundable.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I make a return?


  1. Fill in our online return form below with your order number, email and return/reason for exchange.

  1. Once you have registered your return online, place the item(-s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Tape the parcel securely to avoid any damage.

  2. For International returns, a pre-paid return label with UPS will be generated upon registering your return and sent via email. For returns outside of EU, a customs invoice required for return, will be included in the email. For Swedish returns, a PostNord QR-code will be sent to your email upon registering your return.

  3. Leave the package at your nearest UPS service point (International) or Postnord service point (Sweden).

  4. A refund for your return will be issued within 10 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. During sales periods return handling times can be longer - we thank you for your understanding.



RETURNS POLICY

How long do I have to return my order?
You may return items purchased on houseofdagmar.com within 14 days of the delivery date.


What condition must items be in?
All items must be returned in original condition, including original packaging and hangtags.


Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item.


What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to register a claim.


PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Will sold-out items be restocked?
If an item is coming back in stock, you can sign up via the “Notify me” button on the product page.


UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, House of Dagmar reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.


If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 50 USD/40 GBP will be charged at return.


RETURN FEES

We charge a return fee that is deducted from the refund. Please see the return fee for your country below.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.


Can an order be cancelled by House of Dagmar?
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues or pricing errors.
