You have a passion and proven skill for creativity and design. You have a deep understanding for how brand, design and communication interact, combined with exceptional knowledge of digital design across all channels. As the Art Director you stay on top of trends within motion and interaction design used in digital channels and social media.
Develop, plan and execute integrated visual concepts in line with House of Dagmar brand and communication strategy
Lead the creative process from ideation to conceptualization
Produce sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas
Deliver input to marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience work
Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
Work closely with marketing and e-commerce on all brand and vendor assets to create product, category and brand experiences across all web channels
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Art Director or similar in the fashion industry
Strong knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms
Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
Impressive portfolio of relevant creative work
Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote, confidence in using moving image tools
Experience from working with ecommerce
Fluency in English
