Customer Care & Ecom Operations - Maternity Leave
House of Dagmar is looking for a Customer Care and E-com Operations Coordinator to join the Ecom team in Stockholm. As Customer Care and E-com Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily operations in our online store and creating a premium customer experience. You will work closely with, and report to Head of Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
-Responsible for online Customer Care, order & return process towards end consumer.
daily order flow for Dagmar online store
-Manage the systems connected to day-to-day e-com operations including ecommerce platform, business ERP, warehouse management system, payment platform and return tool.
-Ownership of the product catalogue for ecom backoffice; preparing coming season products to be launched once in stock.
-Drive sales in e-commerce: convert visiting customers into buying customers, retain customers, optimize sales, minimize returns and create customer loyalty
-Work closely with Head of Ecommerce to plan, execute and evaluate sale campaigns.
Your Profile
Prior experience of running Customer Care and day to day ecom operations for a premium fashion brand
3 years’ experience from working with Customer Care and Ecom operations more specifically working with Centra platform.

-Strong analytical skills with a broad understanding of working with and taking decisions based on existing information and data
-Responsible, structured and self-motivated
-Solution-oriented and hands-on, able to juggle operational tasks working with multiple stakeholders
