E-commerce and Customer Experience internship
Job description - Being part of the sales & e-com team, working closely with the ecommerce operations manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of House of Dagmar e-commerce & sales team, and gain valuable and realistic hands-on experience in the fashion industry. The internship is located at our Head office in Stockholm. The internship is part time.

Tasks will include

E-commerce and digital platforms

Assist with our product catalogue (both current and coming season)

Adding pictures, size recommendations and descriptions for coming season products

Assist with adding translated texts to our product catalogue

Assist with adding “style with” and “you may also like” for our products

Customer support and customer care process

Assist in creating a premium customer experience that is helpful and inspiring to our customers

Support customers on our online chat & via email

Offer styling and size recommendations

Manage returns and refunds via our e-com platform


Available for at least 3 months (ca 2 days / week) starting from October 2022

A student or graduate within business administration or similar. Focus area of e-commerce, digital marketing or such is preferred but not a requirement

Prior experience in Customer Care, online or in store

Fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as verbal

Structured and focused with a positive mind set as well as a passion for e-commerce and customer service

We offer practical experience in a wide range of tasks and you gain insight into the e-commerce operations of a fashion company. You will learn to navigate and work in e-commerce programs like Centra platform, Adyen payments, Intercom chat, Yayloh returns tool and Ongoing warehouse management system. The internship is non-compensated but with great opportunity to work as paid extra staff after the internship. We look forward to hearing from you!
