Customer Support Intern

Customer support internship at House of Dagmar

Job description – Being part of the sales & e-com team, working closely with the customer support manager.

Main tasks

Customer support and customer care process

Keep the customer experience quick, easy and helpful

Answer and support incoming calls from customers

Support customers on chat & email

Manage claims from customers

Manage returns and make refunds in Klarna and DIBS

Help fill out data templates in Excel for our wholesale customers

Help out with sample sales at the office

Create customs invoices for parcels

 

Desired qualifications

Available for at least 3 months

A student or graduate within business administration or similar. Focus area of e-commerce, digital marketing or such is preferred but not a requirement

Fluent in Swedish and English, written as well as verbal

Organisational and focused

Positive mind set and passionate about service

Ambitious and prepared to work with tasks of both high and low grade of complexity

Basic experience in Excel
